Self Awareness and Insight Through Dialectical Behavior Therapy: The Chain Analysis

Dialectical behavioral therapy offers an insightful tool, called a behavioral chain analysis, that examines in excruciating detail how emotions influence distressing experiences.  The DBT chain analysis is a process of curious inquiry. Curiosity strengthens empathy, helping us better understand and validate our experiences and those of others.
